Tracking your parcel
If you have an account with us, sign in and open your order from your account page to see its current status. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days, and the rest of the country in 4 to 7 working days.
Tracking not updating?
Courier tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for more than three working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
