Where we ship
We currently ship across India. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days and the rest of the country in 4 to 7 working days. Delivery timelines can extend during sale periods and public holidays.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on eligible pincodes and order values. You can check availability by entering your pincode on any product page.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships. See Track My Order for more.
Undeliverable parcels
If a courier cannot deliver after three attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund.
