Start with the notes rather than the name. Warm and sweet (vanilla, honey, oudh) suits someone who likes comfort and depth. Fresh and citrus (aqua, citrusy, lemon) suits someone who wants something clean and easy for daily wear. Floral and spiced (rose, clove, pink pepper) sits between the two.
Sizes
50ML is the easy entry point and travels well. 100ML is the better value if you already know they will wear it.
